go to any car lot, ALOT of the new, never been driven cars, STILL have swirls. Fresh from the factory paint still isnt perfect, it to needs help sometimes.

Car is an '05 with 18K on it.

nasty99WS6 is 100% correct. I've seen cars with no miles on dealer lots look like they have been washed with sandpaper.
