Can this Ice stuff be used on polished, chrome, or other metals? Basically can I do exhaust tips and wheels?

Glass, windshields? Plastic? The whole car for that matter?

Yes, just not the front windshield since it can make the wipers smear(states it on the FAQ section on the website). I am not sure about exhaust since they get so hot..I did do some places under the hood though. Looks really good on the sailpanel and makes the black look new, I did my headlights and tailight covers, emblems, wheels side and back windows. It doesn't fall into the same area as wax, to me it is more of a paint protectant and leaves no residue.

I use pretty much only Meguiar's products. Car always comes out looking killer.

I use Meguires NXT. Also bought some Zaino during the winter, but haven't used it yet.

I still say Meguiar's. I like to use the No. 26 as a base, then follow it up with NXT, then Gold Class.

I take it from the lack of choices, that Mothers and Meguires are the best of the best or something? Maybe I'm just a hillbilly, but I never heard of either!
