Used to use PINK WAX but found DUPONT LIQUID WAX far superior to even Mothers carnuba wax in a can . This **** REALLY works on pewter paint !

Consumer Reports July 06' gave Black Magic Wet Shine Liquid Wax their (CR Best Buy) mark.
Their Top 3 Liquids (score out of 100) were: Black Magic Wet Shine Liquid Wax(84) $7.....Turtle Wax Carnauba Car Wax T-6 (84) $7.....and Eagle One Nanowax(75) $12
The 4 Pastes in order rated were (also out of 100): Nu Finish NFP-80 (71) $8.....Turtle Wax Platinum Series Ultra Gloss T-411R (67) $9.....P21S Concours-Look Carnauba Wax (61) $32.....and Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax Paste (50) $15
I tried the Black Magic and I think that is works great. I apply by Porter Cable D/A, and the obvious hard to reach areas with applicator sponge and remove with one wet and one dry microfiber towel.
Sorry for the long post Just my 2 cents

alright...im a coomplete noob when it comes to waxing..i havent waxed a whole car yet but i want to get into it especially with my new BLACK ss.. how do YOU apply it and take it off and is there an advantage to paste waxes over spray on? spray seem alot easier, but i don't really want to suffer from a not very good shine also whats the difference between a sealant and a wax? which one do i use?? sorry guys

Am I wrong to assume that different waxes and sealants look better/worse on different colors?
I have a Black T/A that's only been waxed once in 18 months!!
Which ones really make black look nice?
Edit: I can't believe I admitted that
