Always polish first, then wax. If you apply wax before a polish, you will remove all of the wax while polishing. A true polish removes swirl marks and fine scratches instead of filling them in like some products do. A good wax should then be used after the polish step to protect the paint. Waxes can help with shine and depth, but the key to having really good looking paint is in the steps before the wax.

It should be noted that this "polish" is actually more of a wax, since it isn't abrasive.
You should apply this product when you would normally apply wax.
If you want to wax with a scratch filler type wax, then do it first.
wash, clay (optional), polish (optional), wax, and then ICE. This is a topcoat product and is probably just oily to give the paint the "wet" look. Anything applied on top of this would make a mess most likely.

I used this stuff over the weekend on my silver ta and it worked well. It did mask some of the more minor swirls and scratches, but most importantly is how easy it is to use. Just squirt some on the applicator and wipe down your car. Then buff with the mf and it came our really slick. I did claybar the car first, and used the spray detail afterwords as well. Its nice for quick touch ups since you can be completely done in about 10 minutes. Plus its a cleaner type product too.

I just finished completely detailing my car this weekend, and the very top coat I used was this ICE. It's awesome!
Washed
Clay bar-ed
Turtle Wax F21 Polish
2 Coats of Meguires Glaze
1 Coat Turtle Wax 100% Carnuba Wax
1 Coat Turtle Wax ICE wax
Car is smooth as glass, as well as shiny. The ICE wax on top, in my opinion, doesn't really remain greasy as long as you apply a *thin* layer, then buff it out with a microfiber. After that it just feels smooth and nice

Based on everything here, I'll think I'll do my clay, Scratch X, and Gold Class wax combo for the big jobs. However, when time's short, I'll do a quick wash followed by ICE, which offers some protection and can be one easily out in the sun.

MrDomino do you have any pictures, I would love to see the results. I did mine outside in the sun after washing and claybaring the paint and this is what it looks like.
the pictures suck but you get the idea. Also Jay Vicious what is your current setup with polishs and wax, because your car looks awsome.
