Compromise. Tell her you'll replace them if she gives you pictures of her in similar poses.

I just bought and waxed my car with some of that Dupont Teflon stuff last night. I've now extensively tried mothers, and meguires. My initial reaction to the Dupont stuff is good. I personally cant tell a difference between the shine left by either of the three. BUT, I did notice the Dupont to be a bit harder to take off of the car. On a positive note, it leaves virtually NO DUST compared to the other two. Given the results that I find equal to the others, and things Ive heard about it having a longer life, I think Ill give it a go a few more times.

EDIT: Sorry, I just realized this threads been dead for a month. I wouldnt have posted had I noticed prior to my coments.

The Dupont w/teflon is what I use, my first use of the product was on my Z28 it came of very easy, since I had used carnauba wax the week before. I did however wax the hood of my Avalanche and it was tough to remove, but left a nice shine. The main reason for my purchase of the product is the fact that it is a carnauba based wax the teflon is a plus, and the price certainly helped.
