rough photoshop, but here is another pic for yea. The extra two heat extractors will be in the back of the hood like in the Raptor hood. This hood is still in development so it is still up for change, but that is the goal. Rex does GREAT work, and I have all the faith in the world that he will put out a TOP notch quality part.
As for price I do not know yet.

This is exciting to know that the aftermarket still thinks that there is enough interest in the F-bodies to come out with aftermarket parts even since it's been almost 4 years since the last one was built. It just erks me to see that they can't even get the years correct. It's not 99-04 as they list on the front page, it's 98-02.
Oh well, I'm just nit-picking.

Interesting look. I've always liked the Mecham, but have been worried about fittment and a little unsure on the subtlty of the intakes.
But as far as the "extractor" mods go - what kind of testing has been done on the modified version? Those openings at the very back of the hood are in an area that is almost always high pressure. That means it would be induction, not extraction.

Interesting thought about the induction. All I can say is maybe that will be good to get circulating air in the engine bay. The cold air in from the rear and hot air out through the top.
