interior scratch removal?

Default interior scratch removal?
I just got a 98 T/A Vert and love it. The driver's door has a couple of scratches where it looks like something was scraped just above the door handle surround piece. The plastic part of the panel is scratched...anyway is there any way to repair or lessen the looks of the scrapes in this kind of material? It's the patterned part just under the window strip if this wasn't clear.

sand it down, wet sand, then use some plastic polish...
