I think he means the bulge on the pocket on the door. It fits some cups / cans perfectly. Look at your door near the speaker, its there most ppl just dont think to use it as a cup holder.

That slide out cup hold is GREAT! It looks flimsy but will hold some weight!

Yeah I wouldn't think of that as a cup holder either

That's what i figured it to be. Why else would they bulge out that panel? Driver gets center or slide out unit, passneger gets slide out unit or door panel.

Last night I had a person that was in my back seat put their drink that I didn't even know they had in my center console. I showed them... I went on a nice 1-2 power shift and threw that **** back in his lap. IDK whats worse, his wet crotch or my having to shampoo my carpet this morning?

yeah only firebird/ta's have them, the third gen firebirds had cup holdres on the doors, and since the designers of the fourth gens made the cars sooo similar thats why there is a cup holder on the passenger side. the drivers side cup holders allways broke off on the third gens so thats why there isnt one for the driver. just a little fyi hehe

Haha. I didn't notice the passenger cup holder that slides out for about 4 months after getting the car. I am liking this side panel can holder thing though. Very convenient. I hate the middle console cupholder

I miss the cupholder from my mazda. It was about exactly where our headlight switch is. Pulls straight out from the dash. Perfect place, perfect hide-away design. No frills, no BS. Just perfection. That and a crotch vent. Ah, the things you give up. But it's worth it!
