Default Weekend makeover for the vette.

Yeah, I know, you hate the rivets on the wheels, you hate the blackouts, etc. I like it so far. I may ditch the blackouts, but I have a hard on for the wheels.

Here's what she looks like now. Tint is next!!! I am also going to take care of that red parking light on the side as soon as some NiteShades comes in from Summit (backordered til mid-july).

Opinions are welcome, I can take the heat.

some driveway photos...

You can probably spray tint the sidemarkers. As far as everything else, the vette looks killer.

(Yea, I still don't like the rivets. But in those photos, they don't stand out so much.)

I like the rivets but blackouts weren't even cool in the 80's in my opinion. Looks good though, no swirls either.

I told ya they wouldn't be so bad

It's funny. Some rims I completely hate rivets on. Like my black ZR-1s looked fine smooth. I like regular chrome/gunmetal Z06 wheels to be smooth, too. But something about a black z06 wheel, imo it just looks naked or unfinished without the rivets.

I'm 50/50 about them. I know that I hate the bright stock red lights...I just don't know what else to get.

I would try a smoked look instead. I think your car looks great though.

Love the wheels, love the blackouts, love the car!!

The blackouts go great with the black wheels and black car. The tint is just going to finish off the look.
