Default FAST Intake Final Product
Well I started out sanding the intake, which seems to take forever. I had painted it first with Black Sapphire Metallic, it was put into a spray aerosol can. I HATED the way it turned out. It looked so cheap. So I went and bought a quart of PPG Black Sapphire Metallic paint and had it sprayed on. I LOVE this intake. Thanks to LawmanSS for his pics, they made me want the same color. Here are some pics.

That looks fantastic. Forgive my ignorance to engine painting, but does that piece need a layer of clear as well?

looks awesome. makes me want to get mine repainted. it is a bitch to sand down everything. i took off the wilson and FAST also tho

That color is truly badass! I'm a huge fan of metallic colors, so the glossiness in the black combines with that for a stunning effect.
