Got the catfish back from paint, phantom deck stripes and flames
I'm happy with the way it all turned out. The pictures absolutely do it no justice, you'd have to see it in person. You have to be in the right light(angle) and so close for it to show up. Still dirty, and I'm changing the SS badges to the silver ones and putting in the insert for the hood and having my purge ran out of it within the next couple weeks.I also had all the dents on the quarters fixed, antenna shaved and I removed the moulding a couple weeks back. I also repainted the spots on my grill that peeled off, lol, that's an eyesore in the pics. Let me know what you think? Thanks

Well, a friend of mine done it, he charged me $1100 for all of it, the quarters(had over 20 dents), antenna and the stripes. And standard black? The car is the original Onyx Black, I'm not sure what all colors he used for the stripes and the flames.

Dude, that looks awesome! I honestly think those are the best Z/28 stripes I've seen on a 4th gen, period. By the pinstripes, there is white showing, is that where the flash shined or (god forbid) he missed a spot?

Thats from the wax or whatever he used, it'll wash off the first time I take it to the carwash. He got it all off the top and under the wing and he gave up before he got to the hood, lol. Don't blame him, it's only 107 degrees out. But yeah, it has a little bit of an edge to it, and that wax or whatever he used to clean it just kind of lined up against it.

I'm in Arkansas, no jokes now, and it's finally going to cool down to the 90's this weekend. I got the car from a guy on here from close to Dallas, Flower Mound is where I think he said he was from, I haven't heard a word from him since I got the car. I have plans on putting the silver and black SS badges on or the stainless steel ones someone on here sells, that or just leaving them off, can't make up my mind. The ZR1's were on the car when I got it, they are the 17x9.5 and 17x11's. Thanks
