I like the retro theme, I have that going on also, but a couple things. First, the 350 badging is out of place since we have a 346 ci. 2nd, the flag emblems on the sail panel don't look right because even though you have them on straight, they don't follow the lines of the slanted sail panel. 3rd, don't like the big ole blue bowtie on the rear valence. Clashes with your NBM paint.

Do like the Beger panel however, very nice job on that.

Ive heard a ton about those 350 badges already . i dont care about it, i just like the 350 badges, and lots of people call these 350s. i used the big bowtie because it was next to free. Sorry to hear you guys dont like it. oh well, thats the way it goes sometimes. i also think the car looks better in person. i also dont catch as much flack from non- fbody people. in one day i had almost 10 compliments, more than ever before.

I'll try to comment on what already hasn't been brought up, which I agree with. The seat covers really have to go, looks like a bedsheet. I can't see a Camaro nose emblem, which is hard to believe considering the abundance of emblems on the car. And the emblems on the b-pillar look like Corvette emblems, which doesn't make sense. If you like it, that's all that matters. But I wouldn't expect alot of positive feedback on this forum.

I think it's pretty cool. I think the bowtie on the back is out of place, but hey it's your car. I personally think the 350 badge is cool, I guess if they made a 346 badge that would be cooler, but hell I know a few old car guys that had legit 350's in their cars in high scool that call LS1's 350s now. Plus it's easier to say 350 to someone who doesn't know much about cars. Overall it's pretty sharp.

I agree about the 350 badges.....saying it's something it's not. It almost shows a lack of understanding about these cars. Kind of like the silver SS that I saw that had TPI badges on the side of the scoop..... . These are 346's for a reason and not just some old 350. 346 sounds so much more mysterious. But it is your car and so long as your happy, that's all that should matter.

Don't listen to the people who tell you "do this" and "do that". You don't have to do anything, just take them as opinions, which everyone is going to have.

With that said i'm not feeling the 350 thing either.

remember it's YOUR car...the only opinion that matters is yours...

I'm with bone324, I think the seat covers have to go, definitely looks like bed sheets. The rest looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the 350 badges, but if you like 'em then that is all that matters.

Actually I know where to get the badges that say "346" or whatever you like. They are the same same as the OEM 350 badges with the chrome and white centers. After I'm the first to have them, I MAY let you guys know where to get them

True, but If I taking pics to show off my car to a crowd that I know will offer criticism, I'm going to remove the covers and show the actual seat.

oh sure, custom floor mats and remove the seat covers for pics, or car shows. but for everyday use, i leave my rubber ones in and protect the leather

ok, heres the deal, the covers dont look good, but they do protect the ol whiteys. i would have taken them off, but the seatbelt loops are screwed through them, too much of a paint to remove them. as far as the "346" badges go, yeah i know where they are, but you have to buy them one number at a time for like 15 bucks a number. No thanks. the absense of the nose emblem is temporary, it was a brain lapse of mine that i didnt order a new one. the sail panel V's are not off a corvette. they came on all chevy v8s im pretty sure from like 64-67. i got the idea from TDAWG, and i didnt see anyone ever bash on his placement of them. these negative (or should i say, dissenting) comments arent a bad thing, the car isnt for everyone.

And again, about the 350 emblems, i just like em. im not ignorant. i know more than alot of guys do about the engine im sure. i just get my rocks off knowing all the emblems (save for the V's) are off a 69 Z. i just think its neat.

But I wouldn't expect alot of positive feedback on this forum.
Aint that the truth? Its not an SS with torque thrusts, Corsa tips, an a perfect Berger panel....
