Yea, Im retarded
I was trying to take my windshield wipers off last night, and instead of using my brain and getting a puller, I decided to pry them off...
You know where this is going, and you can guess when I put the pry bar for leverage...
On the windshield..
Anyone know what a replacement costs?

It depends on your state laws and insurance company. Florida has a state law that insurance companies have to replace broken windshields and I think even if you only have PL/PD insurance. When I broke mine I got an OEM windshield replacement and the glass company never billed me for the deductable so it wound up being free to me.

It really depends on your coverage. Check with your insurer to see if it will be covered for free. You also might want to look into seeing if you will be surcharged if you do put a claim in. Might be worth it to just pay for the windshield rather than pay for it in premium for the next 3-5 years...
