Default pics of my custom seats

here are some pics of the beginning stages of the seats I am making for the camaro. the seats are now finished, I just have not had time to take pics of them in the car. Let me know what you think. I will have the rest of the pics up soon.

P.S. these pics were taken before I steam fitted them so they appear a little wrinkled

i like them... but in all honesty i think the z/28 would have looked better a little further down on the head rest area.

Maybe a little smaller too...I'd rather have it as a subtle thing than in your face

looks really good except for the z/28. it's too high up, too big, and not straight.

Not saying I could do any better. Hell, I wouldn't even know where to start.

I really dont think they are. It appears so cause the Z is a lot bigger than the 28, so it goes closer to the top of the seat than the 28 does. At least thats the way Im seeing it?

No, I'm not referring to the lettering. If you were sitting in the seat, the blue leather behind your left shoulder would be higher up than the right side. And the seams across the lower back are slanted slightly upwards and to the left side.

Well I think 1) the Z/28 is way to high, it just looks kind of odd, 2) the lines look a little crooked, 3) its kind of baggy looking, I understand this is before steam fitting, but maybe you should have posted pictures after that was done to get a better opinion from people. For a first try its a good one, but you should shouldnt take any constructive criticism the wrong way or youll never know what to improve upon.

I think you need to work with the seam along the top by the Z it looks like it's not laying the right way and the one where it wraps around you on the sides. Those seams can be tricky to get turned the right direction but once it is the whole cover will fit better.

i like it other than the fact that the z28 is so high and the uphostery is loose!
