Camaro or Trans Am/ Formula Tell me what I should get when I have enough money stored away and when I can afford one of the two. I am leaning real hard toward a Trans Am because of the fact how rare they are on the road. You almost see a Camaro as often as a Mustang.

TRANS-AM if u don't want 5 of your neighbours owning the same car.....and for you who say there are lotsa T/A's around..look at the statistics....

.....Get a WS6. Correct me if im wrong because i read this info a while ago and dont remember the numbers too well. There were less formulas made in 2002 than trans ams. I think it was like 901 formulas made in 02 and 156 were m6. Im not sure about the other years because i have an 02. But i think the firehawk is one of the rarest of the birds. Why not go with an ss?

Slightly because of the extra ground effects and such. camaros have a slightly better weight advantage but the t/a has a slightly better aerodynamic advantage but in the end it all equals out

Verdad Gallardo True i do like the firebird interior-vs-camaro interior. But an ls1 is an ls1 etc... like was said before its just how you mod it. Sorry if i did not include a quote to ya. Maybe someone will chime in to verify the numbers and rarity of the cars who has better knowledge of it. thanks

i especially like the ta's interior over the camaro as for exterior i dont really like the camaro's hood unless its an ss or your going to put an ss hood on it..you dont really see a bunch of fbodys at all compared to mustangs which every yuppie and their brother has..i believe thats do to the idea that you cant die if you arnt going fast, so drive a ford and live forever!

Having owned both, Im going to lean with the T/Aa bit more. I loved my Camaro, but like stated before, the Trans Am interior wins hands down imo. Dont get me wrong I still love Camaros though, Ill probably end up picking up another one in a few years.
I guess Trans Am wins the poll but yea Pontiac has a better interior with the red lighted guages vs the Chevrolet's dull white lighted interior...I absolutely love Trans ams and Camaros but i think the Formula is the rarest out of all and would have to choose a formula!!
