Default Tail lights and Berger panel question...

Ok, first of all here's what the back of my car looked like (past tense):

Since that pic I have removed the Blue Bowtie and the Z28 badge so it looks more like this:

The only thing is now it looks a little too plain to me... I have these three emblems (hard to see in the pic but it is a SLP emblem, GM MARK OF EXCELLENCE emblem, and a SUNOCO emblem):

I have a lot of SLP parts in my car and like the company, I think they put out quality products so I wouldn't mind putting their badge on my car (like the guys with GMMG exhausts with GMMG badges on their car)... I also have a SUNOCO smooth cowl so the SUNOCO emblem makes sense and the black and chrome GM emblems looks nice as well...

SO, here's what I'm debating doing...

First of all, I am undecided on the tail lights... Should I keep them red or go back to stock (don't post LT1 style because I don't like the LT1 style, I don't like blacked out or VHT either, stick within the two choices please)?

Second, IF I were to use the above emblems where would you recomend putting them?

Examples:

All three under the passenger tail light...

SLP under driver side tail light other two under passenger side...

The two under and just to the left of CAMARO and SLP under and just to the right of CAMARO... or vice versa.

I'll post a poll on the tail lights, please vote and then just post your emblem opinions... Thanks!

For those that haven't seen it here's what my car looks like:

I would leave it plain. All those emblems are really small. It would look kinda funny back there I think. BTW, that hood and grille look great.

I guess I am considering going back to stock from the red because I just always looked for those LS1 tail lights in college (they had just come out) because it was rare to see an LS1 driving around so it got me excited

Now that memory is clouding my judgement I guess... Thanks guys, keep'em coming !

IMHO the less badges the better. As for the tail lights, the red ones are unique, but I also like the stockers.

Yeah, I'm CONSIDERING (not likely, but a possibility) using one of the emblems on the seats (on the indented area of the plastic at the top where the belts go through):

If I did that I'd either have the SLP emblem on both sides, the SUNOCO on both sides, the BLACK GM badge I have on both sides, or the NEW GM badge...

...on both sides.

From your local hobby shop .... I used a translucent red paint to paint (tape off everything but the white and amber, clean it with rubbing alcohol DON'T SCUFF OR SAND IT, and then paint it) both of the tail lights...

I think I have one on here but what I typed above your post is basically the write-up...

You paint the OUTSIDE... You could also use translucent red vinyl like Chris (Whistler) did...

Third-Gen guys have been doing this for YEARS with their tail lights...

Well, thanks to all who participated ! Here's the finished results... I removed the emblems, re-painted the Berger panel (I found a color closer to "satin" than the more "chalk board like" color I had, basically a shade darker), did NOT put anymore emblems back on it AND kept the red tail lights after wetsanding and polishing them (they had orange peel from my clear coat but now the whole lense is smooth as glass):

I didn't get one GOOD pic so here's a few OK pics (pics are obviously off the car, too late and too dark to take any on the car):

Still think it looks good bare or should it get some emblems?

I think the sunoco and the gm emblem are too small to have on the back. I think the slp would look good where the factory z28 emblem goes. And I like the factory taillights better
