Can you see the gauges well with the smaller size?

Is it true what was said earlier about most aftermarket wheels sticking way out? I'm just starting to look into these.
Everything is much easier to see. Another thing: I never liked the horn placement on the stock wheel. Several times I've tried to honk the horn and nothing happened-- you have to hit it exactly right. More than once I've tried to warn someone in heavy traffic by blowing the horn, and da nada. Frustrating, to say the least. With this wheel, you just bang the center hub and that's it.

I tried to put this wheel on myself, but I have severe tendonitis in both hands and couldn't. (I probably shouldn't even have tried, since I know jack about airbags and it could have blown up in my face.) So I took it where I get my custom stuff done in LA (Bothwell Auto in Torrance), and all the guys there thought it was the ****. That place runs the fastest four-cylinder car in the US. It's called the Bothwell/GM Racing Pontiac Sunfire and it runs 8's all day long. Not to say they're the final word, but nice to get props from real performance guys.

I'm pretty sure their Sunfire doesn't have an airbag, though, so maybe they're prejudiced.

Nice wheel, the horn is a tricky thing to get working with aftermarket wheels, I got mine working with a grant wheel, but it took some thinking/rigging to get it working !
