Default Firehawk and superhawk hood differences?

Yes I searched and could not find to much... is there any real difference? Im talking looks and performance... It looks like the superhawk has a little bigger rise in the center of the hood but I am wondering how much of a size difference if any there is size difference in the intake ports? Thanks for the help.

Superhawk hood doesn't require you to modify the front bumper in the nostril area.
(Would allow you to go back to stock sleek-beak or WS6 hood later.)
Firehawk hood does require modifcations. No turning back once you change.
(Well, you could, but you wouldn't have a nice matching line-up.)

What PontiacFan said. The Superhawk Hood is a Fire hawk hood on "steroids" fitted for the Fire Bird/ Trans Am bumper. Function wise, they are the same. Even though the Super Hawk hood has larger "Scoops" or "intake ports", it will not necessarily give you any performance increases over the Fire Hawk hood. Also, the heat extractors are in the same location etc.
If you want the Fire Hawk style hood without the large scoops the Super Hawk has, check out the Raptor Hood manufactured by Sun Coast Creations. This hood, however, does not have the heat extractors.

Now how different are these from the WS-9? Any difference performance wise or with about sealing the hood to the airbox to make it a true ram air intake?

The superhawk hood is larger (as in raised up higher) and the nostrils are angled back (see above).

The WS9 hood is the WS6 hood with Fire Hawk heat extractors. The WS9 Out Law hood is the same only with much higher "Scoops". It is the "beefed" up version.

The WS9 hood is to the WS9 Out Law hood
as the Fire Hawk hood is to the Super Hawk hood.
(only the Fire hawk is OEM and WS9 and Super Hawk is aftermarket)

How high do the scoops come up? Like into your vision on either the outlaw or the superhawk?

I would say go for the WS9, it has a more stock look without being a "replica"
