Default Going with the glossy berger panel...need some help

ive done a few flat black panels. i wanna do a glossy panel for my red z28. i want it to look just like it came off a black car with clear coat and all. would i just use glossy black, or would i need to have a can of clear to go over the black?? im just worried that even with the clear it wouldnt look as glossy as factory paint/clear coat. any suggestions??

yeah im thinkin if i decide to go glossy, i will either find one off a black car or have it painted at a shop. im thinkin about going flat black again though. i kinda dig the subtle look of it. i will throw some stainless inserts in like i did last time.

I got lucky and had a friend with a black 95 and got a free tail panel the other day. The glossy looks good IMO with the black roof and mirrors, kinda matches...
