What makes it worse is that not only do you not have your order but RedlineGoods has not even been on the board in about 10 days.
I hope you get them soon.

Is there such a thing as a 'slow boat from Poland'?
It's true, I got the samples within 3 days - and he answered all my questions immediately, but I haven't ordered as of yet because I'm still trying to decide on design...

Straight from their site:
What I find fishy is that the guy "disappeared" from this site. Im checking at my local post office....soon I will ne "postal" myself. I hope the guy shows up here and clear up things a bit. How a sample gets there in three days is beyond me, really.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Unfortunately, international post is reliable but only to a certain extent and it does happen that shipments are heavily delayed and even lost. On the other hand, courier services such as UPS/FedEx/DHL and such are very expensive, so we are pretty much stuck with the post. Which does the job, most of the time, very well.
If your shipment still has not arrived and it is already after the estimated delivery date, please note that I send them registered and insured. It might be a good idea to call your local post office and have them check if they have the package for you. It will be a white A4 envelope coming from Poland.
In fact, I just received an email a few days ago from another customer who said: "Looks like you were correct. Went to th Post Office on Friday and there the boots were. They had been there for a month! I would have checked sooner, but I was unaware that they came Registered Mail. If you told me before, I spaced it. The boots look good and I will be installing them soon."
To be quite honest, 99% of "missing" shipments show up back here weeks later with a big red "UNCLAIMED" stamp on the envelope. If you could take the time to call them or even visit them, this would lessen the risk of this happening with your shipment. They SHOULD just leave it in your mailbox, but for some reason, sometimes they do not.

Hi guys,
I'm sorry to hear about so many shipments were delayed. It happens every now and then and I don't know why... It seems that a whole batch of shipments dispatched around end of January and early February is definitely taking it's time to make it to you all.
I know you are anxious to receive them, but please bear with us. The path of international shipping are a mystery to me, even after 4 years of being in my business.
I had somebody get on my case every day for the last 4 days, his shipment was January 30th... Here's what he emailed me today:
Please bear with us.

Maciek,
I wrote to express my frustration, and now I am writing a couple of lines to do exactly the opposite. I received today, finally, my part. Took a long time but it's here and that what counts for me at this moment. Thank you very much for putting up with all my e-mails.
My advise to you is to try to offer your customers the choice of expedited delivery with a disclosure saying that regular mail may take longer that what you state on your confirmation e-mail due to customs procedures.
Any way, thanks for your patience and have a great day.

We've been in business for 4 years and we're not going out of it anytime soon!

PS. Another guy from the January 30th batch just shipped me. He actually ordered a set for the Camaro, so maybe he's from here... Ed?
