Awesome job. I am attempting your process and wondered if you applied any pressure to the buffer. I have some fine scratches that dont seem like they would be too deep to get out but after two passes of the 83 and one of the 80 they are still there.

I had the same problem and had to go over mine with rubbing compound. Would be best to use a rotary for these. I really should go over my whole car with the rotary then the pc. Most people will never see them but I do.

for 83 and 80 its best to use about 15-20lbs of pressure, if you have a scale to play with to see how much that is that would help a lot. for applying the wax, you only need about 7-10lbs of pressure

Thanks you guys. Since this detail, I haven't really done any cars. It wore me out mentally and physically. I'm starting to get the itch to detail again though.
