Wow!!!!! Guys I really don't know what to say. Thank You so much for the great words and posting up some killer cars there too! I'm really speechless right now! When we made these hoods we knew they would be popular, but not this popular!! It's always an awesome feeling to see your product on some awesome looking cars! Makes doing this all worth it! THANK YOU!!!

Tektrans - I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. But we can try to make it right for you. If you can send us pics of the problem areas of the hood on your car, we can troubleshoot it with you and get it to fit correctly. I'm not sure who you were speaking to here...but I will speak to everyone here about it, and I can say this is usually not the norm for our customer service. We want everyone to have a good experience with our products. That discount will still apply should you ever need a new item from us...again I'm really sorry about that.

Yeah the reason it does that is because the VFN hoods are waaaaay lighter than the stockers. "The arms will never damage your hood" ( quote from VFN )so you don't need to worry about it. If you don't like the way it springs up just take one of the arms off. Though that will look pretty ghetto.... but who really looks under there anyways?

Stop is Phantom! Stop it!

I found a guy through my dad that has alot of experience with Corvette's and fiberglass, and he said fixing my corners in no problem at all.
I am getting all the work done and the hood painted for $150.00

The ZR1's and new Hood will be going on when I put my car on the road in about a month, so I'll update this thread with some new pics.

Does anyone have a driver view of some of the 3 in hoods they carry. Particularly the 3in SS Hood! I have never seen anyone post what it would look like from the drivers seats!
