Put LED'S in DASH BUT they are not as bright as they should be????

Put LED'S in DASH BUT they are not as bright as they should be????
Ok i just finished putting all the LED's in my guage cluster but its not bright at all and im wondering what could i have possibly done wrong???

hmm, do you still have your trans am gauge cluster in there? If so that is your problem! The red film/filter they put on on the trans am instrument cluster will not lot all that much light shine through, if you use white leds it will make it look pink, if you use red the light will be dim. Switch to a camaro instrument cluster with leds and your problem should be fixed.

They came from super bright LED's..
I took off the old black guage overlay bc i got the white one from speed inc. so i decided to go ahead and do it all at once. well once i got it in there and i turned it on i was disapointed . Not for sure what the problem is but i hope i can mess around with it some tomorrow.

so you put the white part down against the clear plastic piece? if this is what you did then the light should come through just fine. what color are they? are you sure they are the right watts/omhs? you should specify your using it in a vehicle gm more specifically to make sure everything complies.

Listen, with the LED's you could have to take them out and flip em... when you lock them in, the + should be + and the _ to _.. make sense?
Turn em 180deg...
