Default Removing headrest ?? Help

Hey guys this may seem like a really stupid question but when i bought my ws6....the headrest covers where not on right....the holes at the bottom were not through the posts so i can latch them on (kinda hard to describe)....was this a factory screwup???or can i pull the headrest out of the posts somehow and thread them through without ruining anything?

any help is appreciated ....thanks guys

Question

I need to know also---- ----I think u take[unscrew] the plastic piece off the back of the seat, and there will be a pin of some sort to remove so you can lift the 2 rods that are attached to the h.rest itself.......[just guessing.]..any help will be appreciated...

Take the back cover off, and theres two horse shoe shapped clips that hold the posts in, pull them out and pull the headrest up..

I never re-installed these as they were a major pain in the ***..

Exclamation

If you want the headrests to stay up-- ----YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE PINS ..BTW..---- ..just found that out after putting new seatcovers on due to hot weather and wearing shorts all the time...now I have to do it all over again...
