A couple of times a year, it's nice to remove them to fully clean and seal them. In between I use a Meguiar's spoke brush (or EZ Detail Brush) to reach in and around.

Dawn soap and water, Ivory Soap and water(gentle on hands
), Simple Green Max(fav), Meguiars Wheel Cleaner(s). All will work fine on ALL GM stockies but if you have aftermarkets check with the manufacture first

Take the wheels off occasionally, use Simple Green to clean and rinse with water then use Zaino car wash with hand mitt. Rinse & dry then follow up with Zaino Z2 Pro. I use the Z7 everytime after driving to get rid of brake dust. However, my car is not a DD.

I bought this spray from Meguiars they have a mag one and a chrome one. You spray it on your wheels and let it sit for like 20 seconds and wash off. Works like a charm! I only spray it on the inside of the rims and polish the fronts with either mothers or the nano chrome polish. The meguiars stuff is awesome it will clean the hell out of the wheels quick!
