how to heads up display for fbodys?

Default how to heads up display for fbodys?

I was wondering how do to a c6 zo6 heads up display on a 2001 ss camaro. Has anybody done this?

does it have to be from a c6 z06? lol

sorry i cant help. ive seen it done on here, but not too many details.

you have to order it from defi, apparently its not to o hard to install and its reasonably priced.

you cant out an actual corvette hud in an fbody. If you were to go that way, the bmw m5 would be the one to go with. the obove mentioned product is your best bet

that would look a million times better hard wired in and flush in to the dash.

you should take the ones out of the GXP grand prix's and fab it in to an f-body. same gm parts. will look good and stock in an fbod.

they wont work, they are not plug and play. if you want to spend a day or two under the dash chasing wires go ahead but its not going to be anywhere as easy as buying an aftermarket setup

You know of course....the HUD is the only reason I sold my Camaro for a vette!

On a side note, the HUD in E60s, including the M5, requires a special windshield. It's hard to see in the daytime, also.
