Does anyone know where to buy a crome alternator for 98-02 f-bods?

show car?? i wouldnt on my DD you cant even see the damn thing and it will get dirty fast since its on the bottom

you are correct, my turbo kit requires me to relocate it to the passenger side head and I would rather have something nice to look at rather than an old nasty looking alternator.

where in fl do you live.. are there any shops that do chrome dipping.. i live in charlotte county and there is nothing around here

You should check out Turn Key Engine Supply. They're out of CA.
I got mine there. Looks and works great!

DON'T chrome your alt, chrome holds in heat, that would be bad on an alternator.

Send it off to josh and he can polish it for you...

well I have seen plenty of chrome alternators and have never heard of them going bad/ breaking.

I have a rebuilt motor with lots of chrome under the hood, granted chrome does hold heat but I never had a problem at all.

You have to give Turn Key a call and tell them what you want. I think I paid between 250-300 for mine.
