Probably my biggest issue is with people who think it's a big deal to buy a Z28 and put the SS hood and spoiler on it. Same with a TA to a WS6. Infact, especially the latter. You can't blame a person for wanting to put the best looking hood on earth on their car. As long as when it comes time to sell the car, they sell it as a "WS6 clone", there's no reason to have issue with that. Perhaps those who complain about it are just kicking themselves for not buying the SS or WS6. It would be a whole 'nother ball game if the SS was 50hp better than the Z28, but seeing as there is no power difference, it's really a non-issue. Hell i'd even say make your WS6 look like a Firehawk if you want. Just don't try to tell people it's a real one.
Other than that, my advice to any modder is to take it easy on the appearance stuff. The subtle changes are what makes a great looking car truly great. Big wings, fancy taillights, bodykits and neon just make it look worse.

Yeah I am on the most wanted list I have an OEM SS hood on my car and the spoiler still sitting in paint. It is retarted when people say you shouldn't put an SS spoiler on the car b/c it's not an SS. I have LT1 tail lights on my car and a power antenna in the works. I made my car how I wanted it to be from the factory. Yes I wish I could of bought an SS but couldn't find one that was under 15k and no an auto. I love my Z.

I think the worst thing you could do to any car is change something on it because some knuckle-****** on an online forum says they do or do not like whatever it is that you wanted on your car in the first place. Do what you want and tell everyone else to **** off.
Until someone else pays for my car, washes it, waxes it, repairs it, mods it, pays for the insurance, parks in it their garage, and fills it up with gas whenever it needs it, then I don't give a rat's *** what they like or don't like about my car.
What real difference in life does it make to worry about what someone else does with their property?

Man, my car must drive some of you guys NUTS, with its:
- body kit
- billet grille
- non-lowered
- black C5 Z06 wheels
- halo headlights
Nothing about anyone else's car really "annoys" me, but some things I don't particularly think make a car look any better:
