They got theirs from Arizen, they are a sponsor:

www.arizenracingsports.com

I got mine from Mad Racing Concepts:

They are not a sponsor so you will have to search for them if you want more info...

I added my own lumbar for $20, GM PERFORMANCE DIVISION emblems for $40 and attached the factory seatbelt guide (all easy, do a search for my write-up)

Demonbird, PLEASE do not take this the wrong way:

Is it just me or does the material from the Mad Racing seats not look as nice? Are they vinyl or leather? Because they look like vinyl compared to the Arizen seats pictured in the first page. I was getting ready to ask why the Arizen's cost so much because I know I've seen these same seats for around $400, I think from Summit. Did I answer my own question? Thanks and no disrespect DemonBird. I have stock seats if that makes you feel any better.

Its all leather no vinyl anywhere on mine. Mine cost a bit more because I got so many options for mine and the genuine leather as well.

dual heaters in both seats with switches and wiring
seatbelt holder on the headrest like stock
"SS" Lettering
Adjustable Lumber etc.

As for apperance my car is coming along but Demonbird has me beat. My seats are still new and have less then 10 minutes of someones butt in them. I have yet to fart in them they are still that new

Thanks for the comments guys. I cannot wait till this is all done. By far I like these as seat time is accounted I will post up my thoughts as they get broken in.

The new seats look really good. For some reason I think the embroidery really made the seat stand out.

No worries... It looks like crap because it is a camera phone. They are full leather seats, very soft. Also, the ones from the OP are a different texture (that's an option with Arizen).

I've seen a couple of Arizen seats and compared the leather, MRC is the same if not softer in some areas...

Here's a slightly better (older) pic (REALLY dirty):

Arizen has them for $150 shipped... Steve and I had a nicer design (in our opinion) for $130 shipped with bolts and specialty nuts. Steve is busy doing easier more profitable stuff now

Maybe if he teaches me to weld...

I have a couple more things...

1) Summit does NOT sell this type of seat. These are all Recaro knock-offs (no matter who sells them) and Summit does not carry any at this time...

2) Arizen does offer different leather now so I am sure you could get (and BadMonkey may have gotten) a higher quality...

I don't know if Arizen buys seats straight from the manufacturer already covered (as all the other companies do) and then rips the leather off and recovers them or if they get the bare frames but I do know that NOW (they didn't use to) their seats can be bought COMPLETELY customized (they even offer different frames)...

Most of the newer Arizen seats I have seen (not including KANDYSS's or toofazt's) seem to have looser leather (probably being due to being hand done, in a good way) as if you took your seats to a local custom shop. Definetly makes them look more plush/luxurious/higher class...

If you have the money and want to have a nice seat as custom as your car, definetly go with Arizen...

If you're poorer like me there are other options (even cheaper options from Arizen, keep an eye out on ebay where they sell defects for like half price) BUT even though I didn't go with Arizen I strongly recommend Arizen because they are loyal to us in two ways:

1) They actually became a sponsor (unlike the company I bought mine from even though I sent them numerous e-mails showing them the interest in their seats on this board)...

2) They care about us (very evident in the lengths they are going through to custom make seats tailored to F-Bodies be it from the seatbelt guides to the houndstooth material options)
