I use a cream wax that has its ups and downs but I really like it from, Safe T Clean...Mean stuff just never let it dry on your car, its a rub on ruboff wax.

I use Zaino Bros wax and leather conditioner it is hands down the the BEST wax I have ever used. The finish is so smooth your hand slides off the door handles. The leather conditioner does an amazing job as well. The only draw back is it is expensive but worth every penny.

Had a problem keeping Zaino on the car. Durability seemed low. Shine was nice though.
Same with NXT.

So far I REALLY like Victorias Concours wax. Pricey, but damn!! Paint doesn't feel slick, it feels soft....if that makes sense.
Apparently doesn't have the durability of the Collinite though.
Not really a large concern of mine since my car is always garaged.

Your right. I keep my car garaged as well but I like the sense of security. The finish is practically bulletproof. If I've ever got caught in the rain, the bead off the hood is enough to make someone stop and look. Shine is nice too.

That is how mine is right now as well.
Kinda testing the durability of the Victoria's at this point. Want to know how long it goes.
I know I can barely keep the car wet....

Adams make some good wax too. The MEGS NXT you guys are apeaking of, is this their 3 step wax? The prev owner of my car said he used a 3 step MEGS wax, I tell you what, the wax on it is durable and great with beading, whatever it is, its good, IMHO.
Used Poorboys, Adams, Megs, and a few others its hard to keep up with all the brands. I suppose has long has you use a good quality wax several times a year, protection/shine will be present.

I use the Meguires 3 step system. Its the best stuff Ive ever used. Pretty easy to apply and buff out. I wax my car once every month though so I dont know about durability. Water bead is excellent though and paint stays silky smooth. Stuffs not to expensive either I think $20 for the system. Oh and it doesnt leave the horrible swrills like Ive seen on alot of other dark colored cars.

Tried NXT and thought it was great. The shine was there but it didn't last I thought. I then used Zymol and so far, I think it's better.

zymol is awesome but its just a cleaner wax, if you want it to bead you need something like NXTwax or goldclass, NXT last the longest i think ive never tried anything really else other than that though

That's Zymol's "cleaner wax" Z503 i believe is the item number. Even so, it still works better than most. Zymol Creme, Carbon, or Titanium are all "Zyme" waxes. That's the good stuff.

Are you sure about that??

NXT lasted all of 2 weeks on my garaged car. Shine was nice though.

And it's lasting WAY longer than that on my Mitsubishi that sits outside.

Maybe we have different opinions of what lasting is.
To me, it must bead like it does when first applied.

I liked the NXT. Car looked great.
Just didn't seem to hold well for me.

Most waxes will do a good job. The main point is just like painting a car, it's all in the prep work and correct execution.

I've been using Meguiars for a long time on both of my cars I used to use the 3 step but that took a long time then I upgraded to gold class for the last year until I picked up nxt last week and it is so much easier to apply and remove I am much happier with it. I've always heard good things about Meguiars and although its not the most exotic it gets the job done and that is most important. So like what one person was saying experiment and as long as you are buying some kind of quality you will be happy.

NXT didn't last very long on my car. Maybe a little over a week.

I find it more interesting that Luos had durability problems with Zaino. That stuff seems to last forever on my car.

Anyway, I'm a fan of the Natty's blue made by Poorboys if I want the Carnauba look and Zaino is my sealant of choice. Theres several other waxes I would love to try but they're so damn expensive and I'm not exactly made of money.
