I realy like this thread as you actually show pictures of you made the "plate" to attach the projector. Looks good. I think this thread gave me enough courage to want to try it out on my own.

Either I didn't notice earlier or forgot to mention it, but It looks like the lexan piece is sandwiched between the projector halves. That moves the lens further away from the bowl which will alter output.

Also, do you have pics of the back of the headlight in the up and down positions so we can see the clearance in the back? Maybe there were pictures previously, but some of the pictures in this thread are missing.

Nope..not at all. Its a good thread with pictures of what is needed to be done to retrofit projectors for the DIY guy..I never saw any other threads this helpfull on how to do it.

Nope. I even remember adding it to the Lighting FAQ when it was new.

I also know how to look at the dates of the posts.
