Do those light up at all when someone is behind you. I'd be worried constantly about being rearended with those on my car.

Can someone tell me about this "nightshade". I'm sure the clear coat idea would be great, but probably non reversible, and I've heard of people getting their covers jacked..

That is what i used, is the Ebay crap. It sucked to get right. I think im gonna use the heat to fit stuff that comes uncut next time. I've already found a new set of tails for cheap. So we'll see how it goes.

Plus i have the added bonus of ditching the current heat warped tails i have.

Ditch the Film, use Niteshades and be done with it!! It is not that hard to do and the odds of messing up is like 1 in a 2000!

There are plenty of people whom went the Niteshades route, and looks perfect....Hell, I did it the first time and got it perfect with no prior painting experience, with the exception of painting model cars!!

Just my .08 (due to current inflation) though!!

EVERY SINGLE nightshaded car i see looks like ***!!! It is always foggy, dull, chipped, too dark, or a blotchy spotted mess.

Therefore i have chosen to go another route.

Well, everyone who has seen my tails and other lenses says it turned out great and inspired other people to do theirs! There is another guy on here that has a NBM T/A that everyone praises on his Niteshaded work! So, maybe your just seeing the end results of the people whom have had problems or ones that did turn out like ***!

Heres mine:

I'm sorry, doing it to your headlights and fogs was your First Mistake!! IMO, that is one of the most Retarded things to do to ones car, your headlights and fogs make it to where you can see in the night, but some people I guess think that hey, my lights are too bright, so I am going to tint them so they look cool, but when I drive my car at night....I guess I dont have to see where I am going!

Not to mention the fact the Heat from the 55 watt lamps in your heads and fogs might have warped them some.....don't know, never and will never try that!!
