Default Cleaning yellowish headlights

Is there anyway to clean the yellowish or cloudy color headlights on the 98-02 camaro's. Is it on the inside or the outside of the lens? I'm justing checking before I buy some new ones.

We sell a $20 kit at Advance Auto Parts that really makes a big difference in how they look. I used a kit on my daily driver and on my dad's ranger and they both looked new afterwards. It comes with a special polish you use with 1,000 grit and 2500 grit paper(supplied in kit). Then you use the special sealer that is like a hard clear coat for the lenses. I admit, was skeptical of the kit at first since we hadn't sold any before I tried it, but now we sell a lot of them. Sometimes its good to try things first. Good luck.

I finally had some time to work on my lights and they came out nices. I used an 400, 600, and 1500 grit sandpaper and the novus three step kit. I sanded with each grit for about an hour (when I had time within the three days I did it). I will put up pictures when I find out how to.
