Thanks. wasn't to bad. i used the original mounting studs in the front, but did modify the seat bracket by cutting one side and moving it inwards to match up. did require welding them. you could move the stud or drill a hole and nut and bolt it and it would work also. for the back, i drilled two holes per seat and bolted them in. i spliced into the wiring for the drivers seat for power to the pass. seat. the stock seatbelts do go right across your neck though, hence the fivepoints. on the pro side, the seats still go forward just as far, and will go back until they touch the backseat, which is great if you're tall like me. The seats are out of an 01 convertable vette.

i have a g-force harness, i love it, but does yours come off into two points to where you bolted the harness behind you? ive been looking for just the driver seat for awhile, thinking it would look good but thanks for confirming.

I was looking to do this (for more lateral support, and 5pt belt holes)...couldn't find the info on how difficult the swap was.
I ended up finding http://www.arizenracingsports.com/ (sponsor). Seem like great seats. I custom ordered mine in Ebony leather...so I'm waiting for them now. If I had found this thread earlier I might have went the vette direction. That said, I think I will love the Arizens!

oh hell yes! definitly one of the best things i've done. they have upper and lower power adjustable lumbars and power adjustable side supports. they're much softer, and are real leather as opposed to pleather.
