Theres no way you could get the headplate to match the exact shape? If you could and you do the bolts will be all over that!!

I still don't understand why you can't cut it better. Hell, just take a dremel to it and sand the curves??? I'm just really not diggin that look at all

i work on a Asitrade and i send double sided tape that connects two rolls of paper together constantly through a 350°F corrugator at 250-600 fpm and it's fine, BUT when we idle at 69 fpm the amount of heat the stays on the paper and that double sided tape breaks apart really fast. those bolts probably are the best and only idea
