Default Can I clean my fog light internals?

Wasnt sure if this needed to be posted here or the body and paint section. Anyways, I was wondering If anyone else has run into this problem. I noticed that one of my fog lights wasnt working (for how long I dont know) I went to remove the old bulb and noticed that half of the light lens was submerged in water. I dont know how long it has been sitting in the water, but long enough to make it look like this...

Anyways, can the lens be removed so I can clean the inside? It looks like a tight seal, but wasnt sure If It couldnt be pryed apart? Am I S.O.L. and just gonna have to replace it with a new or used one? Thanks In Advace. Oh, by the way I checked the other lens/fog lamp and it is clear/new as ever.

The plastic lens is glued on you might be able to CAREFULLY pry it off. When I did my HID's in the fogs one of the lens came off

You need to use a heatgun or oven to soften the glue holding the lens to the reflector. It would be almost the same as doing the Whistler mod.
