Icky decal glue....Any suggestions?
Icky decal glue....Any suggestions? I just got a 02 B4C camaro last saturday. It still has the awesome glue that held the trooper decals on. I have discovered why it is still on there.
That crap is absolutely some of the toughest stuff I have seen.
Scrubbing......................not a dent
Goo Gone......................not a dent
Picking with finger nail.....bloody nail
Bug and tar....................nada
Hot water......................Nada
I haven't tried water soo hot I can't take it nor a hair dryer or heat gun....
Any other suggestions for removal before I go insane??

in body shops they use a big rubber wheel to get those off.. nicknamed as an eraser. it is much like a cut off wheel but it is soft rubber. not sure where to get them. try body supply shops
Yeah I know what you are talkin about I should have thought of that.... I'll let you know how that goes...
Btw Googone is about the most powerful citrus cleaner I know of that won't mess up paint.
