This was my weekend project. Wasn't hard at all and got me a nasty sunburn too. I used the brush on paint and it came out beautiful. No mess and didn't have to prep much at all except for the cleaning part. So what do you think??
I totally forgot about the caliper brackets when I started, so I am going to order silver paint for them. Also I need to find the caliper decals. Not just any either. They have to be black with silver outlined letters. Example I haven't found them anywhere on the net yet. Anyone have any ideas where to find the decals?

Re: Pics of painted calipers Afterthoughts don't have the ones I want. I want black with the silver outlined letters like the SS on the quarter panel. Might have to special order them.
Re: Pics of painted calipers Don't you think that would be too busy looking? The ones from Afterthoughts look like machined aluminum which is how the calipers would have been made if GM made them for the Camaro.
Re: Pics of painted calipers Why would it look too busy? It's just black letters outlined with a thin line of silver around them. The one problem though. I am trying to stay with silver, red, and black as my only colors.

I am trying to get all the appearance mods out of the way this year and then start with the engine in the spring. If I can hold out till then.
