Default windshield decal or no?

...so I'm doing the TA in vinyl decals, door badges, license plate cover, rear panel bird, TA lettering and Pontiac letterering. I might do the headlight covers, dunno yet. I bought a kit and it comes with windshield lettering. All the badges I got silver, for the windshield I got "PONTIAC" in white, figured since it was only 5 bucks I might as well give it a shot.

The kit hasn't come in yet, but what do you guys think... here is a pic from a different website. It won't be reflective like in the pic, but you get the idea. http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/vinyl...tivebanner.jpg

Like my father-in-law always says every time we see a car with one of those decals at the top of the windshield: "What kind of car do you suppose that is???"

It has a racing heritage... so I say do it if you like it. It can always be removed.

Here's what I did.

If it's not too expensive, do it, but I think it looks better without it. But like it's been said, it can always be removed.

I had it on my Mustang, say "MUSTANG" across the top, and eh, it looked kinda ricey on my car... On the F-body it looks better, but give it a shot if it isn't gonna cost too much.

I say do it. Given the white doesn't over contrast with your silver car. I kind of like it.

You don't put it on to tell everyone it's a Pontiac, you do it because you love your Pontiac, and its sporty. If you call it "Rice" then you might as well call superchargers or chrome "ricey" as well
