What is needed for the LS1 is "chrome" pieces. I have all your polished caps, but the difference in the look of polished and triple-plated chrome is night and day.
I like the pieces though.

Actually, I think some affordable smooth billet valvecovers without the coil pack mounts would rock. Make them tall enough to clear the aftermarket rocker arms. Our engines are ugly because of our coil packs. Maybe an MBA coil pack relocation kit with the valvecovers?
I would also like a polished aluminum or stainless round T56 6-speed shifter **** with the 6-speed pattern engraved in it, that pattern being red or black painted. To match my Camaro and look old school![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)

The tensioner pulley is the best one to do, Maybe a matching PS pulley (like the Turn one unit).. would be nice if you could find a way to dress up the "taco bell" pulley on the H20 pump

So when will this tensioner pulley be out? Need a west coast beta test car???

I second the relocation kit and valvecovers.

I second the affordable smooth billet covers!
Hmmm, we made a few sets of LT4 replica vlave covers (but 3/16" taller) some years back. Let's see, each side was a 40 pound bar of aluminum and after 8 solid hours of CNC time we had exact replica's, including the internal ribs and such.
I don't know if anyone has experience in manufacturing, but that all added up to something we felt was NOT marketable as the cost would be NUTS. But myself and my Sales Mgr have some very nice valve covers on our LT1's

Wasn't there a car dealer in Jersey offering some last year?
The place that was doing electric water pumps for a while?
Nineball..... satin anodized shifter **** with 6 speed patern is a custom request that has been done a bunch, just not stocked. All you would need is a lacquere stick in the color of your choice.

That is a HUGE tooling and materials cost for billet one piece valve covers.. add in a profit and you will be lucky to sell 10 sets.. maybe a few more to the transplant guys

I think the tensioner pulley, water pump, and PS would all be good pulleys to do. The water pump isn't too noticeable straight on but step to the right and it's very easy to see.

Thats why I had to locate a brand new 98 water pump.. so I could remove the pulley to chrome it
