I took my time with making sure the holes were drilled perfectly and it made for a snug fit.

I got my gauge back from AeroForce. It doesn't power up with just the OBDII plugged in, I definately need to run the seperate wire to a 12v source. When did you buy yours?

I'm not sure about how to set up the horsepower setting. Its set at 100 hp right now. Now obviously LS1s put out a lot more than that. But when I tried adjusting to about 330, it threw my MPG way off. it said i was getting like 75 MPG. . I put it back to 100 and the MPG seems to be accurate. I do not know for sure though. I will be calling Todd back to double check on how that really works.
Thats weird i dint have to adjust the hp on mine, I selected the hp perameter and made a 3rd gear pull and had it on record at the same time. when i went to replay it went up to 356hp, i donno how accurate that is tho? i only had a baseline dyno done, but im sure it only will tell you flywheel hp. On the highway with cruise at 75 my mph is 28mpg according to my guage

I have one.... The older version, like mine, needs a separate power wire. The newer ones, from what I understand, dont need anything other than the OBDII connector. Which is NICE. Im going to wait awhile and see if they upgrade them again with any other nice features, then probably buy another.
One thing I wish they'd do is make it so you can turn certain read outs off. Like I dont need analog 1 and 2, and trans temp, and oil pressure, and HP showing up all the time when I cycle through. It would be nice to turn them off in a menu so they dont show up in the cycling.

x2. you can select which ones to display. Some readings dont mean anything to me though. i.e. injector pulse width, O2 sensor frequency, MAF frequency. I pretty much have mine set on MPG and Manifold pressure in lb./hg. all the time.

Ya, that is how the new ones work. There's a bunch of readings that I don't even know what they mean, so I just left them off. It is all done in the setup menu now. Works great.
