I would go 5% in back and then you can decide about what you want on the sides, I have 20%, I can see through it but people can't see through unless its really sunny out. The next up from that is 35%, I wouldn't go much lighter than that though... It's all personal preference

Id like to know this as well and also my friend has limo tint he says the darkest available on his trailblazer. What % would this be, I am assuming five. Sorry for the hijack.

If you go to a professional shop they should know the legal limit. Here in Oklahoma it's like 35% (which is pretty week in my opinion). I told the guy I wanted darker so he went with 15% and told me if I got a ticket it was on me and I'd have to pay full price to be re-tinted. I'm very happy with 15%.

I personally think you can get too dark. My buddy got a ticket for having 5% on his side and back glass.

15% is the best overall if you want dark but not tooo dark... 5% will draw alot of cop attention and cant really be seen through.. Anything over 20% is very light

You can do a limo tint, 5 over 5%, it's way too much, my buddy has it on his truck and he says that looking out the back window at night is pointless

I have 15% all around, I love it. If it wasn't for the threat of cops pulling you over and ripping your 5% tint off on the spot I would have 5% though. Only thing about 5% is at night, hard to see out off, I have a hard time seeing out my hatch at night I have to open my door to back up sometimes, hatch is 15%.

I've 5% on top of 15% on the rear 3 windows of my truck. Comes out to like 0.75%. 5% for the front 2 windows

Im a 5 % all around type guy... if to dark for you ide say 5% in back and 20% in front if u want lighter in the front... 5% not that bad.... my buddies got double 5% all around with 20% on windshield and he can still drive.... soo 5% isnt that bad.....

Don't go any lighter than 20%. I have 20% on my hatch and it's just right, looks good in the day but is hard to see out at night. I also have 20% on my windows and will go 5% next time.
