Default Camaro Bumper inserts

hey guys i see that alot of you guys with camaros took that grill off and left it open, i also did that, but wut do u guys put in the holes? do u just paint it black ? or put screens in it or wut? i have been looking for a pic everywhere but nobody has one of wut they did.

that looks awsome and i have thought about getting one of those but i kinda like the way it looks with out anything there, but the thing i dont like is being able to see the metal back there, cuz i cut out all the foam back there

heh, I did the same thing. It's not in these pics, but you can see some of the metal on mine as well. The grille hides some of it and I plan on painting the rest black eventually.

f-tothe ill....how hard was it to paint it black?..what did you use or buy?..im thinking about doing that to my white camaro..all i have is the billet grill

Yeah, that's pretty sick man. Might have to do that to mine instead of trying to paint all that metal back there. As for painting that panel, I just taped off and used some Krylon Fusion, wet sanded it and added another couple coats. Just prep it like you would anything else.

Here is how mine looks for now. The body shop painted the foam stuff black so its not as noticeable. I want to do the mesh mod eventually though.
