i went to autoparts store but didnt have 3m scuff pad will sandpaper work? and what grit?

I'm guessing a really fine sandpaper would do the same thing ... why not just go to a grocery store and get a scotchbright pad?

Disturbed Bird. I wet sanded with 2000 and it worked good. But dont use Krylon triple thick crystal clear glaze clear coat. It F**ked my light up.

VENOMIZED03. I got mine from summit.

You can get grey and red scuffpads @ Advance Auto Parts. I recommend the grey as it's finer in grit. If you use the red, wear it down first on an old body panel, or anything else that's not greasy.
