LOL! That bezel is mine! It is not chrome but brushed aluminum.
I went with a brushed aluminum look to the whole interior. I like how it came out.

I'm getting the bezel from ebay, but I'm getting pearl blue gauges from else where where they can also make pearl red gauge overlays as well.

I like the metal gage surrounds - but only in brushed aluminum or stainless - chrome is just too flashy and out of place.

If you're thinking about using the surround in a TA gage bezel - be warned, it ain't an easy install. Yes, the gage bezel comes right off the gage cluster, but it is sonically welded together - you must use a dremel to carefully cut the entire back out of the bezel, epoxy the metal surround in and then replace the back of the bezel you just cut out. Just like this one I did for my TA:

Its a PITA.....really is.
