Not a close shot, but it gives you an idea. Mine is 5% all the way around with 35% on the front. I love it, not bad at all while driving at night, took some getting used to. I really like not having to wear sunglasses while driving.

So the real question is, what do you guys with the front windshields tinted do about registration/inspection stickers?

I'm sorry, but I actually don't. I think most people would be happy with 50% on the windshield. Because the rest of the windows are dark, and my interior is black, so it really looks darker than it truly is. But on the inside looking out, especially at night, most of my friends can't even tell its been tinted...until I tell them. Since I drive my car alot at night, it's a nice compromise of looks and safety

Not only does it look great, it really cuts down on glare from oncoming lights and streetlamps etc...I've really grown to love it!

Good thread, im def getting my front done. I was gonna go 20% sides and front, Now i think im gonna go 20% sides 35% front.
I have a buddy with 20% on top of his 5% tint on the sides and back of his truck. You can put your hand on the inside of the glass and cant see it outside. Its really not that bad to drive, even at night. Sometimes it gives me a headache tho

I cant find any pics right now, but here is a video fo a car with 45% on the front, 20% on the sides, and 5% on the back. Gives an idea of how dark tinting the windshield makes the rest of the the windows look.

In michigan we don't have that problem! however, if you have to put a sticker on a tinted window, it's a good idea to just take the sticker and stick it on your shirt a few times to pick up some lint so that it isn't super stickey but still holds on so it doesn't rip the tint off when you take it off...

That is my red SS, and the black Formula is my buddy Seans.... i manage a detail shop and we tint windows as well...so i do it myself although our tint distributor/manufacturer really frowns upon us tinting windshields, so we don't warranty it and don't give people a reciept for a tinted windshield

oh and not an F-Body, but this is my buddy's old Stratus RT, he had 5% on the back window, 15% on the sides and 1/4 glass and 35% on the windshield. it was a pretty bad *** little car, clean but not too riced out...

Here's an idea for side glass tint in 'no tint law' states! A second thin lexan window, motorized on a seperate switch, mounted inside the side glass and spaced just slightly. That way you can roll up your tint and drop it down wen the Cops are looking! Swat

P.S. Here's the missing "h"
