Driver Side Seat Cushion replacement Everybody has this issue: Worn out drivers side seat bottom cushion.
Where the hell do you get a replacement that doesn't cost $200+ dollars?

I just installed some leather seat covers and my bottom cushion was waisted. I didn't know where to get a new one so i just rigged it back up and put the cover on.
I would also like to know where these can be had.

did you try the dealer? im a parts guy, but i dont know off hand what they cost. gm runs kind of high on prices, but you might not be able to get them elsewhere, that is if they are still available. if you do go that route, it will be a perfect fit.

Your talking about number 5 right? This looks like it and is alot cheaper than what you found
I found them on a GM Parts site for 34.56ea. and you can get them direct. Not sure if they are a sponser or not so just put the words together... wink wink

That is the Firebird seat, and the bottom is different in a camaro. Just make sure you order the bottom for the camaro. They probably use the same diagram for both cars. The shop manuals are like that in many cases.

this sucks....i want/need one of those. i am gonna try and build mine up with foam so i will let yall know how it turns out. i cant bear to spend $140.
