Well this is definately a sad sight. I just bout a 98 Formula M6, and drove it back from Syracuse, NY to Canada. The car got filthy on the way back, but I gave it a nice bath - and got my wallet frozen in it.

Stay tuned for some more pictures in the spring!

Yup - there is a plate cover. The whole car needs a cleaning, but I'm wating until the spring. That's also when all the mods are starting.

75,000 miles
Never winter driven (other than when I brought it home)
T-Tops
CAI
Magnaflow Catback
B&M Ripper Shifter
RAM Clutch
Lightened flywheel
BMR STB

I paid $8000 for her. It will be more like $9500 once it's 'legal' in Canada. I still feel it's a good deal though!

Wow, I'd go crazy if my truck (especially the Camaro) ever looked like that. I guess you can't help it sometimes. Should be a fun car, especially with the M6.

Nice car. I made a similar trip last year to pick up my 2005 Bonneville GXP. When I bought my 2002 WS6 from Arizona I decided to have it shipped instead.

Thanks for the comments guys!

I would have trailored it, but it would have cost (actually) thousands of dollars, because it had to come into Canada. I bit the bullet and decided to drive it home. I pressure washed all of it (underneath especially) as soon as I got back.

Oh my god I would hate that. It's 73 and sunny here in Texas. What's the plans for this car?
It's about 10 here - can't wait until it gets warmer...stupid Canada.

This summer the plans are:

SFC's
Hooker LT's
Hooker ORY
Cutout
Fikse FM/10
A/C vent gauges
Linelock
160* T-stat
Fan switch

They are chrome 16's - can't tell with all the dirt though

No, this car isn't rust proofed. I'm not going to drive it in the winter, so there really isn't a need.

The cars we drive in the winter are rustproofed though, and it IS worth it.

They use (crazy amounts of) salt on the road here.

I'd suggest not driving the car in the winter, if you can get away with it.

Ahah it was tempting to take them off - but I controled myself.

Nothing too fancy has to be done needs to have:

-Daytime running lights (do they have them in the US?)
-Child safety restraint
-Km/h gauges
-Airbag light needs to come on
-No outstanding recalls

That's it - oh, and you have to pay 13% in taxes.

Then you need to safety & emissions test it. It's not really that difficult...just a pain in the ***.
