Default Engine bay changes (Polished goodies w/ before& after pics)

Added a few new things under the hood today. Some specialized stainless pieces and a new STB. Still getting used to the change without the red STB drawing most of the attention... but I'm pretty sure I did the right thing by going with the polished one.

Yea I like it better with the polished. Rub some mothers polish on that ac condenser and it will shine just as good.

Just wash, rinse and dry... nothing special. Just keep up with it and it doesnt get bad.

For some reason my condenser wont polish up like others.. I polished my friends and it looks great.. mine not so much. I have to go at it with some sand paper at some point.

You absolutely may! I plan on ordering a few more things from you. Also I managed to scratch one of my fuse box covers before install.. any clue on a good compound to buff it out? The one I tried only scratched the perfect mirror finish more

Its a polished aluminum STB from Hotchkis. Pretty expensive compaired to the other bars.. but quality is awesome. Polish comes close to the Specialized Stainless covers... but not quite as perfect.

I got the same STB I think it could use some work tho ill be pulling mine off to polish it better. My bay will look pretty similar to yours im going to go with red valve covers also but I got my tb and maf silver. You should look into a polished or chrome bolt kit also.

The regular bars are not aluminum. Polishing it would have been a major PITA. Besides, I got the polished one used for a great deal.. sell the old bar and it barely costs anything to upgrade.

Are your original fuse panel covers painted red?
