Default The progression of my car! (56k get real)

Just got home from the gym, it's raining out, I'm all caught up on homework, nothing really to do to my car until I get more parts in, so I figured I'd post a thread about the progession of my car as far as appearance goes.

When I first brought her home:

And how it stands now. Added Black C6 Z06 rims, painted calipers Lambo Purple, deleted bug eye foglights, and it moves. Still far from done. It's getting painted, interior is getting totally revamped (way better than red car), heads, cam, and that'll be it minus some other minor things.

looks great man. It's nice to see the original pics versus how it looks now. Really makes you appreciate all the attention to detail and hard work that has gone into the car.

I love everything you have done and especially like the hood and HID's. If I had a LS1 car, I would have that hood.

Good luck with the future mods.

thanks guys I appreciate it.
Headlights up and not on is achieved in one of two ways. Turn them on then turn the headlight switch back to just foglights. Or you can manually turn the motors to make them go up which is what I did haha.
Rims are 17x9.5 in front and 18x10.5 in the back. Got them off ebay for around $600 shipped even though I could have just drove an hour to pick them up they still wanted to charge $90 processing fee for doing it like that....WTF?

I miss the red dragon too

I live in Longwood now so Orlando is the big city close by. I decided to get out of G-ville after that accident as that place was nothing but bad luck for me. Although the sports teams won three national titles while I was there lol. When my brother was at UF football one it's only other NC lol.

BTW, what lamp and temp did you go with? I am happy with my retro and have a great deal of light however I was looking for more of a blue in my headlights. I have the Philips 85122+'s 4300k which are a bit too yellow for my taste. They resist color shift compared to the 85122's but I can sacrifice a little bit of lumens for a more white/blueish output.
